Kate Regan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a degree in dietetics from the University of Delaware. She attended Virginia Tech in Falls Church for her dietetic internship, which brought her to the Washington D.C. Metro area. She has worked in many areas of nutrition, from hospital intensive care units and public policy on Capitol Hill, to clinical research and food service management. Her passion for nutrition stems from her belief that a healthy relationship with food is essential to living a healthy (and happy!) life. Finding that balance in her own life completely transformed her world and she now wants to help others do the same.
